1st Birthdayyy!
Oh My Gosh! Brianna and I am such awful people. Like I am being serious.
Our blog's first birthday was the 1st of October and do you know what day it is?! The 8th...
And to make it even worse we have both been neglecting it. And it may continue to stay like that for a little bit, only because we are both crazy busy, taking classes, and working.
But anyways, happy birthday to our dear little blog :)

Throw Back Thursday!
This past week I have come across all my old CDs!!
Therefore Nsync, and the old Britney Spears have been on constant replay!
Nothing beats the old school boy band and some Britney.

Today as I was doing an assignment for one of my classes, I ran across this quote. It really touched me, and so I would like to share it.
"Woman was made of a rib out of the side of Adam; not out
of his feet to be trampled upon by him, but out of his side to be equal with
him, under his arm to be protected, and near his heart to be loved."

Quotations from the Collection of Thomas S. Monson, 33.)

Barnaby Buster is back!
In case you were wondering these are Love Bugs... |
A lot of things have happened around here lately. We went down to Ocala for Owen's first birthday party, and our car got attacked by love bugs. Ha. Then I went out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory with a good friend. Super yum! And then this past weekend I spent the weekend babysitting three cute little boys.
So a few changes will be happening around here. It's time for a change!
And hopefully we can see Brianna around here more :)
I love reading other people's blogs. If you have a "sticker" for your blog let me know and I can put it on the blog. Just send me an e-mail at Megan.fowler@gmail dot com or put a comment below.

My life is awkward.
You know those sites FML or MLIA. You know people with ridiculous stories. Well I should make a site that is called MLIA (My life is awkward.) I may have to come up with different letting or whatever but I will make one! Haha.
For those that know me I have my fair shares of blonde/ awkward moments on a weekly basis. There must be someone who doesn't have any of these moments because clearly I take theirs.
Let me just give you an insight of the last three days I have been having....
Tuesday: So I got dear Fredrick (my car) about 2 or so weeks ago. Such a little gem he has been. Last week I had to get the title for my car and then came back on Tuesday to get my tag. I made sure I had enough money in my account because it was going to be a nice little chunk. The man behind the counter got the paper work, my plate, and tag all ready for me and when it came time for me to pay, he swiped my card, and low and behold it said "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS"!!!!! I commented and said there was no way because I had just checked and knew there was enough in my account. Called my darling parents, whom neither of them decided to answer there phones. I told the man to give me a few more minutes so I could figure this out. I proceeded to transfer money from my saving into my checking and then gave the man my card to try again. Once again insufficient funds. Mehhh! I then tried other ways of payment all of which failed. I went home and tried to figure out what the crap was going on. My mom called and let me know that I had enough to pay for it in savings but not in my checking. Holy. Crap. I. Am. An. Idiot. I then switched the right amount into the right account and got my tag. I hate being an adult sometimes.
Wednesday: Went to pick up lunch for my mom and I before I got to work. I ordered my food and went to get my wallet out of my purse and it was not there. Perfect. Just my luck. Once i got to the window I told the lady my wallet was not in my purse and asked if they could hold my order.
Thursday: One of my babysitter clients texted me and asked if I could babysit for an hour or so. I had just gotten off the phone with my mother, so I texted her that I got asked to babysit and I probably couldn't because I had to work. Send. Well knowing me I had sent it to the client! Seriously I can not catch a break. I apologized for that and told her I could come over because it was slow at work. And here I thought I was going to have a fear free awkward day.
When stuff like this happens all I can do is just laugh about it. If you beat yourself up about it, it's not even worth it in my opinion. Stay awkward free, it's almost the weekend!

I Remember.
11 years since the attack of the Twin Towers.
11 years since so many families lost their friends and loved ones.
11 years since so many noble and courageous men and women who serve our country died.
11 years since those who we look up to as Heros helped with the tragic event that happened on September 11, 2001.
11 years since I was in 3rd grade.
I remember it like it was yesterday. I was in the 3rd grade, that day we were doing an eye exam. My mom was there helping out. She came up to me and told me a plane crashed into the Twin Towers in New York City. I remember being so shocked and couldn't believe someone would do such a horrible thing. I remember my teacher turning our TV in the classroom and watching the plane crash into the towers over and over and over again. I remember all the terrifying screams and crys coming from those people on the street. I remember watching it on TV at our house and at my friends house. it was everywhere for weeks! As a 9 year old I remember it being important and I felt bad for all the people who had died and suffered through that horrible event, but I was tired of watching it, I wanted to watch my shows.
I went babysitting over the weekend, and the kids who were no older than 10 were talking about it. I then realized that they weren't even born when this event happened! Man did I feel SUPER old. They weren't even BORN!! So crazy.
