My New Adventure...Part One!

So I bet y'all are iching to hear about my new life here in Rexburg!
Good news about I'm about to share!
And just so y'all know this may be kinda wordy so hang in there.
But I also might split it up into two parts we shall see.

Sunset on the 31st

Decemeber 31st

Okay let's start the flight to Idado. In Jax we had to check our carry ons on as luggage at the gate. At the time we thought it wasn't a bad idea until we got to Idaho and the airlines had lost our luggage! So not only did we not have our "spare clothes" in our carry ons, we also didn't have our big luggage. It was awesome  oh wait no it wasn't!

The airline people were big dummies and made my dad call like 34823840 times to find out where they were turns out they went to San Fransico...lucky. Moving on from the luggage...We go out to get our rental car and it's covered in snow and ice! Inside the car I found this...

This my friend is a Snow Scrapper. It takes the snow and ice off your car! And want to hear the funny part? The windshield wipers were frozen to the window! Yeah fun stuff there.

After we got all situated at the hotel we went and saw Sherlock Homes. Such a good movie! I would love to go see it again. We left the movies and drove back to the hotel to watch the New Years Celebration. It was a pretty chill eveving with my dad. It was one of the quiestest New Years I've had.

January 1st

The next morning our luggage had arrived and we picked it up and then went to church close by. They were the nicest creepiest ward I've been too. We had probably had 1/4 of the people come up to us and say hello. It was just kinda unsual. Haha.

After church my dad and I stopped and took these gorgeous pictures of this park right across the street from our hotel.... (Only a sample)

For dinner that night we had Cafe Rio. It's way good I suggest it and Costa Vida!

We also got some dorm shopping done.

Deep down I know he enjoyed it. But he won't admit it if you ask him :)

That's all I can do today. My life as a college student must go on!

One very exciting thing that happened today was after my sports class today. I played basketball with some very attractive guys and I made a 3 point shot. And I got a great shot Megan! No big deal or anything :)
