One Week!

So as promised here is my update on my new Vegan self!
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be except for when I wanted Publix chicken and chocolate cookies.
I feel like I have more energy and haven't missed a day on exercising. Yay me!

For the first week I have lost 4 pounds. Whoo hoo!!
In three weeks I will come back and let y'all know my total weight loss, etc.
Hope y'all had a great weekend and have a great week.
